Payments

All payments must be made is U.S. funds and payable to Association of Zoological Horticulture.  Credit card payments will be processed in U.S. funds.

Cancellation/Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued within 30 business days and subject to a $50 processing fee to be deducted per transaction. Substitutions from the same institution or company will be accepted, in writing, without penalty. Please send cancellation or substitution requests to: Dselk@msn.com

Should unforeseen circumstances lead to the cancellation of conference or individual conference events, AZH will contact registrants to offer transferrable registrations, refunds, or donation options.

Media

Photographs will be taken at the conference which may be used for promotional and educational purposes. Registration or participation in the meeting and other activities constitutes an agreement to allow AZH to use and distribute an attendee’s image or voice in photographs and recordings of the meeting now and in the future.

Anti-Harrassment

AZH has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment in any form. Violations by any registered attendee or participant at the conference may result in expulsion and possible ban from future AZH events.
